Illustrative render — production photography to follow
Consumer foil in 8011-O, slit to width and rewound to your length, packed in printed dispenser or cutter boxes under your own brand. Built for supermarket own-label programmes and discount chains.
Reference code for quotation only. Final dimensions are confirmed on the order.
Private-label programmes where the retailer's brand goes on the box and your margin comes from volume consistency.
Short rolls at low shelf price. Thin gauge, tight carton count, aggressive landed cost.
Single-roll shrink packs sized for parcel shipping — no crushed dispenser boxes in transit.
Mixed pallets across several references, delivered on a fixed replenishment cycle.
Longer 100 m rolls for the premium end, heavier gauge and a box that can carry a brand story.
Neutral-packed cartons for importers who relabel downstream and distribute into neighbouring countries.
Six colours, tuck-in lid, tear-out foil slot. The default format for retail shelves.
Sliding blade track on the carton edge. A higher perceived value, higher shelf price.
No carton to crush in transit. Sized for parcel networks and marketplace fulfilment.
Plain cartons, no branding. For importers who relabel locally or distribute onward.

Carton counts are indicative and confirmed on the proforma invoice. Mixed references are loaded in one container on request.
10–12 μm is the volume choice for supermarkets and discount chains: cheaper per roll, wraps tightly, and the pinhole risk is managed by mill light-testing. 15–18 μm costs more but survives handling, holds a shape when folded, and suits premium or heavy-duty positioning. If you are launching an own-brand line without knowing your market yet, start at 12 μm — it is the SKU most shelves are already anchored to.
Print-ready PDF, CMYK, with fonts outlined. Up to six colours. We return a digital proof plus the carton dieline for approval before the run starts — barcode, net weight and any legislation text are set to your market's requirement and you sign off on every line.
Yes, and for a first order we recommend it. Three or four references in one 20' GP lets you see which format moves before committing volume to a single SKU. There is no surcharge for mixing — the container is the unit, not the reference.
As a rough planning figure, a 300 mm × 50 m roll gives about 50 metres of usable sheet — enough for several hundred typical wrap portions. The honest answer is that consumption varies enormously by market and kitchen habit, which is exactly why we suggest testing two lengths rather than assuming one.
Supplied food-contact grade, with a mill test certificate per lot. Third-party reports from SGS or Intertek can be arranged against FDA 21 CFR 175.300, EU 1935/2004 or LFGB — tell us which one your retailer or customs authority requires. We quote the testing cost separately rather than building it into every order.
The form below is pre-filled with whatever you built in the configurator. Add your port and volume, and you have everything we need to come back with a real number.
