LUYA TECH is the export department of an aluminium foil slitting and converting plant in Gongyi, Henan. We take jumbo coil from the rolling mills around us, slit it to your width, wind it to your length, pack it under your brand — and the person who quotes you is the person who books the container.
Most Chinese foil websites describe a factory they do not own. This page is written so that a buyer, an auditor or a competitor can check every claim on it.
Slitting to width, rewinding to consumer length, core insertion, boxing and palletising all happen on our own lines. Coil is bought from rolling mills in the same cluster.
Printing and carton work sit in the same industrial cluster. That is the practical reason a new box design does not cost you a month.
Saying no is part of the service. If your enquiry is one of these, we will tell you in the first reply rather than three weeks later.
Gongyi, in Henan Province, is one of the largest aluminium flat-rolled clusters in China. Coil, slitting, printing, cartons and trucking are not spread across three provinces — they sit inside a radius you can drive in twenty minutes.
For a buyer, that geography converts into three things: a revised slit width can be run without new tooling, a carton proof can be printed and approved inside a week, and a sample can leave while the production run is still being scheduled.
The trade-off is honest: we are inland. Cargo moves by rail or truck to Qingdao, roughly two days, before it ever reaches a vessel. We build that into every lead time we quote instead of pretending we are a port city.
Transit days depend on carrier and routing, and are confirmed per booking — not promised on a website.
The export desk is deliberately small. One person handles your enquiry from first email to bill of lading, which means nothing gets lost in a handover between a sales team, a documentation team and a logistics team.
What that looks like in practice:
We are not the cheapest quote you will receive. On a commodity foil roll, someone is always USD 30 per tonne lower, usually by shaving thickness tolerances or downgrading the carton. We would rather lose the order than ship a container that fails inspection at destination.
Every item below is available on request, before a deposit. If a supplier hesitates on any of them, that is your answer.
| Document / check | What it proves | When we send it |
|---|---|---|
| Business licence (营业执照) | Legal entity, registered scope, registered address in Gongyi | With the quotation |
| Mill test certificate | Alloy, temper, thickness, tensile, elongation for the mother coil | Per lot, with shipping documents |
| Third-party test report | Food-contact migration, heavy metals, formaldehyde — to FDA, EU 1935/2004 or LFGB as required | On request, current report |
| Video walkthrough | The actual slitting line, packing area and warehouse, live on a call | Any time, by appointment |
| Pre-shipment inspection | Count, weight, carton condition, print quality — by your agent or ours | Before container sealing |
| Loading photos & B/L | What went into the container and when it sailed | Within 48 h of loading |
We do not publish certificate scans on this website: they carry the mill's registration numbers and, in some cases, customer references. Ask and you will receive the current versions by email.
Send thickness, width, roll length, core and destination port. You will get a price, a carton plan and a lead time — in one reply.
