Only what you type into the enquiry form or send by email: company name, contact name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, destination port, and the product specification you describe. We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich enquiries with third-party data.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples, and — if an order follows — to produce shipping documents. Our lawful basis is your request for a quotation, and our legitimate interest in corresponding with prospective buyers.
This website sets no advertising cookies and embeds no third-party tracking scripts. If analytics are added later, this page will name the provider and the retention period before the change goes live.
Staff handling your enquiry, and where necessary the freight forwarder, inspection agency or testing laboratory working on your order. We do not sell, rent or publish your data, and we do not use your company name or logo as a reference customer without written permission.
Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months, then deleted. Order records and shipping documents: as long as tax and customs law requires, currently up to 10 years.
Write to [email protected] to request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days. If your data was used to ship an order we are legally obliged to keep, we will tell you which records must stay and for how long.
Enquiries arrive by email and are stored in a controlled mailbox. We do not operate a customer database on this website, so there is no login and no stored password to breach.
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no separate notification list, because we do not run one.
